Yes! Vins Art House delivers to all Indian states and union territories through trusted courier partners like DTDC, India Post, and Delhivery.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and courier link via email or WhatsApp/SMS so you can monitor your delivery status.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, PhonePe, Google Pay, and Paytm.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes COD is available.

Enter your shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with unboxing photos or videos at support@vinsarthouse.in
Do you accept returns for handmade products?
Yes, but only for damaged or wrongly delivered products.
Since our items are handmade, minor variations are normal and not considered defects.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once the returned product is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 1–2 working days to the original payment method.
