Refund & Return Policy
Welcome to Vins Art House. We genuinely value our customers and strive to provide the best art and craft products made from clay, bamboo, coconut shell, and glass.
This policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds for products purchased from our online store vinsarthouse.in.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).
⚠️ Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at support@vinsarthouse.in or WhatsApp us with your order ID and product photos showing the issue.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from your location or ask you to ship the product to our address:
Vins Art House, 16/384, TVM Main Road, Chunkankadai, Nagercoil,
Kanyakumari Dist – 629003, Tamil Nadu, India.After inspection, a replacement or refund will be issued as per eligibility.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days after product inspection.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase (UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking).
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, customers must provide bank or UPI details for refund processing.
4. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom-made or personalized art pieces.
Items purchased under clearance or sale.
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
5. Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we’ll replace it free of cost.
In cases where the same product is unavailable, you can choose another product of equal value or request a refund.
