We’re committed to delivering your favorite handmade and eco-friendly art and craft products safely and on time, anywhere in India.
1. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.

Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship all over India, including metros, towns, and remote locations through trusted courier partners like DTDC, India Post, Delhivery, EcomExpress, ST Courier and Blue Dart.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes between:

2 – 4 business days for South India.

4 – 6 business days for North, East, and Western India.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or festive seasons.
4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

A nominal shipping charge of ₹49 – ₹99 may apply for orders below ₹499.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and courier link via email or SMS/WhatsApp so you can track your shipment in real time.
6. Wrong Address or Unreachable Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are correct while placing the order.
If the courier is unable to deliver due to wrong address, phone not reachable, or non-availability, the order may be returned to us.
Re-shipping can be arranged after re-confirmation and may incur an additional delivery charge.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or any item is missing, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos at:
